The 31st Annual North Area Honor Band finale concert was presented on Saturday, December 3 at the Johnson Fine Arts Center on the campus of Northern State University in Aberdeen. Dr. Haley Armstrong of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology served as the guest conductor.
Milbank musicians included: Front Row: (seated) Mrs. Karels (grades 6-12 band director), Emily Jo Wollschlager (senior – trumpet), Hope Karels (junior – bass clarinet), Ellie Neugebauer (senior – clarinet), Katie Kruger (sophomore – alto sax), Merik Junker (senior – percussion), Joe Schulte (junior – euphonium), Luis Berrones (senior – bass clarinet), Connor Wiik (junior – trumpet), and Carter Phinney (senior – trumpet).
