Max Lightfield, has been selected as the December Student of the Month at Milbank High School. He is the son of John and Kimberly Lightfield.
Max is involved in band, choir and honor choir, student council, National Honor Society, basketball, track, and theater. He has also participated in Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership (HOBY), the U.S. Senate Youth Program (USSYP), Boys State, and Young Elected Legislative Leaders (YELL). He also served as a senate page in Pierre.
Max plans to attend Stanford University in California to major in economics or political science.
