Maurina Street Named January Student of the Month

Maurina Street, a senior at Milbank High School, has been chosen as the January Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Jason and Jodi Street.Maurina is active in cross country, basketball, and track and field. She also plays in the jazz band and was chosen to be a member of the Northeast Honor Band. Outside of school, she belongs to the Milbank Area Lions Swim Team (MALST). 

Maurina has spent the past three summers shadowing at Homestead Animal Health. She plans to attend the University of South Dakota in Vermillion to major in biology with an interest in pre-veterinary medicine.
