Lady Bulldogs Host End-of-the-Season Awards Supper

The Lady Bulldogs basketball team celebrated their season with an end-of-the-year awards supper. Achievements made by the team were reviewed and individuals were recognized for awards received from the conference, state, school, and team. Brian Paul served as the head coach.

Highlights and accomplishments of the 2022-23 season: (1) Varsity record 14-8.  JV Record 16-2.  C team record 8-2.  (2) Team GPA 4.013. (3) 8-2 NEC record. (4) Senior Maurina Street reached the 1000-point scoring milestone (5) Second time Milbank qualified for the SoDak 16.

6th Man Award-Josie Riveland

Top Defender-Isabella Anderson

Most Improved- Tyra Berry

MVP- Maurina Street

Athletes recognized for Academic All-State honors:  Emily Jo Wollschager, Jenna Dexter, Maurina Street, and Ellie Neugebauer.

Students selected to an All-Conference team:  First Team – Maurina Street and Second Team – Isabella Anderson.
