The MHS tennis team traveled to Aberdeen to take on Roncalli and Huron on Tuesday, April 18. At No. 4, Charles Whitesitt earned two wins for Milbank. He took down Sawyer Henrich and Ian Dohsoe -both at 10-5. Abbey Trapp, head coach for the Bulldogs said. “Congratulations to Charles Whitesitt for winning both his singles matches today. He is currently 4-0 in our Class A.”

Also in singles play, at No. 1, Joe Schulte was defeated by Cason Hellwig 10-1. At No. 2, Greg Grabow was defeated by Palmer Johnson 10-5. At No. 3, Will Snaza was defeated by Gannon May 10-0. At No. 5, Isaiah Korstjens went down at 10-1 to Ezra Feickert. Dan Shelstad, at No. 6, was defeated by Jacob Bellefeuille 10-6.

In doubles, Schulte and Snaza lost to May and Johnson 10-3. Grabow and Whitesitt were defeated by Hellwig and Henrich 10-4. Korstjens and Will Muellenbach took the loss at 10-4 against Feickert and (Haskell).

In their match with Huron, Milbank was defeated 8-1. Charles Whitesitt at No. 4 secured a “W” for the Bulldogs at 10-5 against Ian Dohsoe.

At No. 1, Joe Schulte was defeated by Hay Kiu Moo Taw 10-1. At No. 2 Greg Grabow was defeated by Dah Moo 10-1. Will Snaza at No. 3 was defeated by Lauy Kue Say 10-7. Dan Shelstad was defeated by Matthew Thin 10-4. 
In doubles, Schulte and Snaza were defeated 10-2. Grabow and Whitesitt were defeated 10-4. Korstjens and Muellenbach went down 10-2.
