First Bank & Trust Hosts Second Annual U8 Tourney

Four teams competed in the Second Annual First Bank & Trust U8 Baseball Tournament in Milbank on Sunday, June 25. 

Milbank defeated Ortonville 15-0 in their first game. They took down Watertown, 9-8 in their second round to earn their way to the championship game. Groton defeated Watertown 15-5 in their first game and Ortonville 15-0 in their second to also get to the finals.

In the game for the title, Milbank took the loss against Groton at 14-8. Milbank ended the tourney in second place and Groton was named the champion.
