Donald W. Schulz Jr.

A graveside service for 57-year-old Donald W. Schulz Jr., formerly of Revillo, and Milbank, will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023, 11:00 a.m.  at St. Lawrence Catholic Cemetery in Milbank. Father Brian Eckrich will officiate. Don passed away on November 7, 2019, in Plano, TX.

Donald William Schulz Jr. was born on July 11, 1962, in Sioux Falls, SD. He was the son of Donald William Schulz and Leona Mary (Schreiner) Schulz.

Don attended Grant Deuel School in Revillo, SD, until 1978 and then moved to Milbank when his family retired from farming. He graduated from Milbank High School with the Class of 1981.

Don attended University of South Dakota in Vermillion, graduating in 1985 with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He formed his own company, DWS Consulting, working  as a CPA and Forensic Accountant in South Dakota, Colorado, and Plano, TX. 

Don is survived by his brother, Tim (Lois) Schulz of Green Valley, AZ; sister, Nancy Wierda of Lee’s Summit, MO; brother, James (Linda) Schulz of Independence, MO; sister, Karen Amodei of Independence, MO; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Don was preceded in death by his parents: Donald and Lee Schulz; and one brother, Thomas Schulz.
