On Saturday, September 16, Sue L. Hamilton will lead a Fall Women’s Event at Central Church in Milbank. The day will include worship, teaching sessions from Sue, prayer, breakfast, lunch, snacks, break-out groups, a hands-on activity, giveaways, and more. All for just $25. The event will run from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and is being coordinated by several churches in the community. Organizers emphasize everyone is welcome. The event is open to any woman of any denomination from anywhere!
In 1990, Sue reached a low point in her life when she looked upward and yelled, “If there is a God, then come and help me!” She says, “At that moment, I felt a sense of peace I had never experienced before and heard a still, small voice say, ‘It’s going to be okay.’ I surrendered to God, and He took my sins and removed them as far away as the east is to the west and started making me into a new person.”
Sue has written several books to share the details of what happened earlier in her life and, more importantly, what came next. She has also been a motivational speaker and encourager since 1999.
