The Milbank High School Band was selected by the SDHSAA as the Band of the Day for Friday, March 8, at the 2024 State A Girls Basketball Tournament. The Bulldogs’ band played during all four games that were held at the Dacotah Bank Center in Brookings. In between basketball sessions, the MHS students enjoyed time at the SDSU Wellness Center.
Susan Karels, Milbank’s band director for grades 6-12, and Kristi Seehafer, a band assistant, accompanied the students to the event. Phil Seehafer assisted with the equipment.
