Stella Wendland Named March Student of the Month

Senior Stella Wendland has been chosen as the March Student of the Month at MHS. Stella is the daughter of Josh and Susie Wendland.

Stella is a member of HOSA and acts as the chapter president, She also serves as the president of the student council. She has been active in cross country, track, choir, and National Honor Society. Also, in the past, Stella has been a member of the South Dakota Honor Choir, South Dakota All-State Chorus, and the Milbank Chamber Choir.

Outside of school, she participates in dance at Pivotal Joy Dance Studio and works an assistant dance teacher. She is also employed as a photography assistant for Capture the Moment Photography.

Stella’s future plans include attending a four-year school on a pre-medicine track with a major in biochemistry and potential concentrations in neuroscience and global health.
