Hey, Kids, “Adventure Begins at Your Library” during the 2024 Summer Reading Program. Summer Reading starts Wednesday, June 5 and continues each Wednesday afternoon through July 17 at the Big Stone City Branch of the Grant County Library System.

Summer reading is Free and registration is now open, but your parent must stop by the library to sign up. Children age five through children who have finished fifth grade are encouraged to attend.

As a special treat, ventriloquist James Wedgewood will entertain all the kids in the program on June 26 at the Big Stone City Community Center.

The Big Stone City Branch Library is located at 400 Washington Street in Big Stone City. Library hours are Wednesday noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The library has no phone, but questions regarding the summer reading program can be emailed to Janelle Kelly, at bsclibrary12@hotmail.com.
