JV Tennis News
According to Coach Steve Stemsrud, Milbank’s JV tennis team kicked off their season with four matches in Harrisburg and Sioux Falls. “After two weeks of indoor practice, the players were eager to hit the courts outdoors. For most of Milbank’s 18 JV players, this is their first experience with competitive tennis. Despite their inexperience, they embraced two full days of competition,” Stemsrud said.
“Although victories were hard to come by, the girls played with unwavering enthusiasm and positivity. Over the course of the two days, there were numerous signs of improvement,” Stemsrud added.
