The Milbank Area Retired Teachers and Personnel Association (MARTA) will meet on Thursday, October 17, at 11 a.m. at the Milbank Pizza Ranch. This month’s theme is Hats Off to You. Everyone is encouraged to wear a favorite or fun hat. The history of hats will be presented and each person will have the opportunity to comment on the hat they chose.
A short business meeting will be conducted. Drawings for prizes will follow the program.
