Mariella Grace Cameron came into the world on January 2 at 11:43 a.m. She will go down in history as the first baby born in Milbank in 2025. Mariella Grace also helped ring in the New Year as the first Gen Beta Baby born at Milbank Hospital Avera. Gen Beta babies succeed those in Gen Alpha (2013 – 2024) and will include everyone born in 2025 through 2039. That sounds like a lot of responsibility for a 7 pound 8 ounce little girl, who stretches to just 20 1/2 inches, but she appears to be unfazed by her leadership role.
Mariella Grace is the daughter of Preston Cameron and Ryley Severson and joins her sibling, Jordan. Dr. LeShea Buttke was the delivering physician.
