The Milbank Middle School bands and choirs will present their 2025 Mid-Winter Concert on Monday, March 3. The concert begins at 2:30 p.m. in the Milbank High School Theatre. Admission is free. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The bands will offer a variety of music: “Louie Louie” arranged by Michael Story, “High Hopes” arranged by Doug Adams, “We Are Young” arranged by Michael Story, “Defying Gravity” arranged by Michael Sweeney, “Just Dance” arranged by Paul Murtha, and “Smoke On The Water” arranged by Michael Sweeney,
The vocal selections include favorites such as “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” and
“Stand by Me” arranged by Roger Emerson, along with “We Go Together” from Grease, and “One Short Day” from Wicked!
Susan Karels serves as Milbank’s band director. The middle school choirs are under the direction of Miriam Schwenn.
