According to Mark Keeton, head coach of the Lady Bulldog golfers, after driving in the rain all morning, the girls were treated to a beautiful day of golf at Redfield on Saturday, May 3. Sisseton and Huron golfers also joined the invitational.
As a team, Groton took first place and Milbank took second. Kensley Heath of Sisseton was the individual medalist. She carded an 87 at 13 over par. Carlee Johnson of Groton was next at 96. Addisyn Evans of Redfield rounded out the top three golfers with her score of 105.
Milbank’s Isabella Flores took 12th place at 126. Isabella Anderson was right behind her in 13th place at 127. Marissa Botello was next with her score of 128 for14th place.. Macie Van Lith was not far behind at 135 to land in 18th place.
