How about yummy cupcakes and the chance to spend the evening doing what you like – browsing books, flowers, clothes and more? Does chatting with friends old and new about the novel currently on your nightstand (feel free to bring it along) sound like a good time? Want to catch up on what’s happening in Sunrise Cove or what’s new with the Housemaid and the Thursday Murder Club? Then let the laundry go for one night and come to The Venue this Wednesday, July 16. You pick the time from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The Venue – a space for all your events– is new to downtown Milbank at 320 S. Main Street. The book event is Free and everyone is welcome! Come and go as you please. No RSVP is needed. Join other readers and local vendors:

The Venue will also have beverages and light refreshments for purchase
Betsy VanLith, who co-owns The Venue with Jessica Dockter, says, “We want to use our new event space to help feature other local businesses – especially to highlight home-based and female-owned businesses. We plan to host monthly with rotating vendors, and we hope these evenings will be a time to connect with one another.
