Brandon Peery of 203 Realty Receives Rising Star Award

Brandon Peery, a member of the 203 Realty team in Milbank, was named as the 2025 Rising Star by the Northeast South Dakota Association of REALTORS®. The award was announced at a luncheon on August 5. The association covers an eight-county area that includes Codington, Clark, Day, Deuel, Hamlin, Grant, Roberts, and Marshall counties.

Peery is a 2004 graduate of Northern State University, where he earned a B.A. in finance. He served 25 years in the National Guard, with over 20 years spent as a fulltime guard soldier.  In February 2003, he was deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom. He returned in July  2004. 

Peery is also involved with his church, the VFW the American Legion, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Whitetails Unlimited, and Meals on Wheels. He and his wife Kelsey have four sons.
