Kalli Grong Selected as September Student of the Month at MHS

Senior Kalli Grong has been chosen as the September Student of the Month at Milbank High School  She is the daughter of Evan and Angie Grong.

Kalli is active in Future Farmers of America, Health Occupations Students of America, National Honor Society, and choir. She is on the volleyball team and serves as the girls basketball statistician. Outside of school, Kalli is involved in dance, 4-H, and youth group. She is also employed as a resident care assistant at Peaceful Pines Assisted Living. 

When asked about her favorite class, Kalli said she likes anatomy. “I love seeing how the human body works and functions in different areas.” That information will continue to be valuable after graduation, as Kalli plans to attend SDSU to major in nursing.
