Fall is in the air and Waldner sausages are on the menu. The Milbank Orphan Grain Train Collection Center will host its annual sausage dinner this Sunday, October 19. Serving will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Emanuel Lutheran Church at 701 South First Street.
Don’t miss out on delicious Waldner German-style sausages, buttered potatoes, and tangy sauerkraut. Top it off with something sweet. A free-will offering will be taken to support ongoing aid for disaster victims in North Carolina and Texas. A silent auction will also be held featuring handmade items. Start your Christmas shopping early!
Join the Milbank Orphan Grain Train in celebrating their 20th year. In 2005 the Milbank location opened its doors and started helping people in areas ravaged by disasters. Over the years, they have helped to provide Mercy Meals, clothing, shoes, diapers, school and medical supplies, bicycles, furnaces, Christian literature, and more to those in need across the country and around the world.
