Linda Wingfield

Linda Arlene Wingfield, 75, of Corona, SD, was received by Jesus to live with our Father on October 17, 2025.

A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Church in Milbank. Pastor Daniel Lopez will officiate. 

Linda was born in California and raised in Alaska by her loving parents, Frank and Phyllis Minish. Music had been an integral part of her life from the very beginning and continued to be one of her greatest passions to the end. Her ultimate focus for the better part of her life was faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the Son of God. She also had a vast love of learning and greatly enjoyed sharing her knowledge with others whenever the opportunity arose. Linda loved encouraging others to grow and prayed for others constantly. She will be deeply missed.

Linda is celebrated now by her husband, David Wingfield; children: Jeanice Fanslow, Jim Mock, Jon (Angel) Wingfield, Jackie (Troy) George, Jonathan Mock, Judi (Harry) Francy; grandchildren: Brett Fanslow, Joshua Fanslow, Caitlin Fanslow, Emily Fanslow, Kristian Mock, Lily Mock, Joshua Patterson, Christopher Patterson, Damien Wingfield, Kimber Wingfield, Crystyl Toby, William George, Kyla Mock, Tyler Mock, Ethan Wingfield, Harry Francy, Isaiah Francy, Michael Francy, Elizabeth Francy, Wesley Francy, Abigail Francy, Eliel Francy, and Gabriel Francy (due Feb. 2026); great-grandchildren: Andin Fanslow, Kapri Fanslow, Amelia Korsakas, Meila Toby, and Khysen Toby; and siblings: Cindi McDonagh and Gary Minish.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Phyllis Minish; and her brothers: Jay and Frank Minish.
