Officers from the Milbank Police Department arrested a suspect at Food-N-Fuel on West 4th Avenue in Milbank on Tuesday, November 4. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with possession of stolen property, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. An outstanding warrant was also added to the list of charges.
Milbank Police Chief Corey Hooth stated, “The suspect was transferred to Coddington County for warrants stemming from charges there.”
