The Milbank Middle School student council challenged the entire middle school to participate in Penny Wars. The council set a goal of raising $2,000. In just under one month, they made their goal and went on to surpass it by collecting $2,600. Miss Schubert’s homeroom raised over $670 to win the challenge. The money was used to purchase gifts for multiple families on the Angel Tree.
