Baccalaureate for the Milbank High School Class of 2026 will be held on Wednesday, May 13, at 6 p.m. in the MHS theater. The Milbank Ministerial Association will preside over the service. Music will be provided by the MHS instrumental and vocal departments under the direction of Mrs. Susan Karels and Mrs. Miriam Schwenn.
Graduation follows on Sunday, May 17. The ceremony begins at 2 p.m. in the Milbank High School Armory.
Superintendent Justin Downes will conduct the commencement activities. MHS Principal Dan Snaza will present the class. Music will again be provided by the music department.
The Class of 2026 has chosen the carnation as their class flower and maroon and gold as their class colors. Their motto is: “Your time is limited, don’t waste it living someone else’s life.” – Steve Jobs
