Bulldog Golfers Work Hard to Iron Out the Wrinkles This Season

The Bulldogs golf team switched gears on September 1. Milbank replaced an invitational at Aberdeen with a dual against Groton at Whetstone Creek Golf Course near Milbank. 

Seth VanHoorn and Jaxon Bear led the Bulldogs. They each carded 99.

Jeryn Bormann was right behind them at 100. Pierce Mathiason scored 105.

Thomas Bass finished at 106. 

Milbank JV golfers traveled to an invitational in Watertown at Cattail Crossing on Monday, August 31.  

Bulldog Mason Kirchberg took 65th place. He carded 110. Oakley Whipkey took 67th place. He carded 114. Emmett Schuelke was in 75th place. He shot a 129. Caden Schmieg also shot a 129. He landed in 76th place. 

Watertown Purple won the meet at 19 over at 307. Brandon Valley was second  at 27 over at 315. Mitchell was third at 318, and Yankton earned fourth place at 324. Milbank took 13th at 482.
