Michels, Hupke, and Wiese Take Third at Pumpkinstakes

The MHS oral interp team competed in the Watertown Pumpkinstakes tournament on Saturday, October 31. According to Coach Natasha Karels, Mackenzie Michels made it to the final round in the Drama category, where she placed third. Hailey Hupke and Peyten Wiese did not have a final round, but placed third based upon preliminary scores. Lydia Street and Camila Monroy placed fifth. 

Also earning the team points were:  Heidi Meyer competing in Humor, Ivy Lewno in Poetry, and the Readers Theater consisting of Aiden Boerger, Heidi Meyer, Mackenzie Michels, Peyten Wiese, Hailey Hupke, and Addy Hoke.
