Bridget Anderson Hired as Finance and Office Manager at WVEC

Whetstone Valley Electric Cooperative has hired Bridget Anderson as their new finance and office manager. Anderson has 15 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and has worked as plant accountant and accounting manager in retail and industrial sectors.

Dave Page, Whetstone Valley Electric Cooperative’s general manager, says, “We are very excited to have Bridget onboard. Her depth of experience, knowledge, and management skills will be a valuable addition to our staff and team of talented employees.” Anderson and her husband, Jeff, have two sons: Riley and Brock.  She enjoys camping, fishing, and supporting her kids in all their activities. She also volunteers as the treasurer of the Soldier and Family Readiness Group for the Minnesota National Guard Charlie Battery 1-151 FA unit stationed in Ortonville, Minnesota.
