A new outdoor archery field league is forming around the newly-constructed range at Hartford Beach State Park. The range officially opens this weekend and the league hosts its first shoot on Monday, June 21, at 6:30 p.m.

The league will shoot every Monday evening through August 30. Archers will be required to have a South Dakota State Park sticker, a season pass, or a day pass. The league cost is just $10 per week. Archers are not obligated to shoot every week.

According to Mark Veen of Bent Arrow Archery in Milbank, the league will shoot 14 of the 28 course on the NFAA Field Face and scoring will be done following NFAA rules.
Ready to get started? Send a text to Mark at 605.924.0444. This will help the league prepare for the number of archers planning to attend. Questions? Ask Mark at Bent Arrow Archery or send him a text.
