Bri Hicks placed 13th in varsity Lincoln-Douglas Debate  from amongst a field of 31 speakers.

“Qualon Grant and Camron Graham’s hard work the past two weeks was evident as they reached the quarter finals in Varsity Public Forum. They lost to the eventual champions,” Tyler said.

Del Angel Chavez also tied for seventh in the group of  22 in Novice Extemp. In Congressional Debate, Keira Steffen placed second in Friday’s session and third in Saturday’s session.

“The Jefferson Cavalier Tournament was the biggest tournament [of our season] so far and was a great experience for all,” Tyler noted.
