The Babbel-Ons Toastmasters Club met Thursday, July 21, in the State Auto cafeteria with Karla Wellnitz serving as the Toastmaster. The word of the day was “euphoria” which means a feeling of great happiness. The word was used 8 times during the meeting.
Natalie Remund was the speaker of the day. She presented Project 2, Let’s Get Personal, out of the storytelling manual with a speech entitled “Running, Then and Now.”
Annavel Quintana was the table topics master. Those participating in table topics were Chelsy Baugh, Talia Athey and Jessica Roggenbuck.
