Clare Van Dover Crowned Milbank Snow Queen 2017

Concluding an evening of sparkle, glitz and glamour, Clare Van Dover was crowned 2017 Miss Milbank at the annual Lions Club Snow Queen contest.

Sarah Grabow was named first runner-up while Macie Redmond was second runner-up. Brianna Schreurs, 2016 Miss Milbank, crowned the queen in front of a packed house at the Milbank High School theater.

Twenty-eight kindergarten-age girls participated in the Little Miss Milbank contest with Isabella Rose Hicks being crowned this year’s winner. She is the daughter of Dave and Miriah Hicks

While the judges deliberated, musical entertainment was provided by Susan Karels and Hailey Hupke. Greg Grajczyk was revealed as this years Mystery Snowman.

The annual event has been sponsored since 1963 by the Milbank Lions Club.
