Bowlers are Big Rollers at State Special Olympics

eTen students strike it big at the State Special Olympics bowling tournament Friday, November 4, in Aberdeen. Knocking down a state title were Danny Van Dover and Mariah Pillatzki. Trevor Lacek, Jacob O’Donnell, and Courtney Kroemer were named runners-up. Briar Zuraff finished in third place. Chris Stodolski, Makenzie Wittrock, and Draigh Breland placed sixth. Tyler Johnson rolled to a seventh place finish.
Joyce Johnson, Kathy Hanson, and Abbey Trapp accompanied the students. “The team worked hard and had a lot of fun,” Trapp said. “After bowling, the team went out for ice cream to celebrate the wins.”
