Adolph Shepardson has been hired as the new Athletic Director at Milbank High School. Milbank School District Superintendent Tim Graf announced the selection today, pending school board approval next month. According to Graf, Shepardson will also teach social studies and physical education classes.
Shepardson is a South Dakota State University graduate and former Jackrabbit athlete. He teaches and coaches at Deubrook High School in White. Shepardson previously served as head football coach in Sturgis and Alleghany County, North Carolina. He and his wife, Ally, reside in Brookings and are expecting the arrival of a baby girl.
