Denice Hooth, owner of EXIT Realty, is pleased to announce Connie Larson has joined her business as a licensed realtor/broker associate. “I am very excited to have Connie on board,” Hooth said, “I have needed someone to join me for a long time, so I am happy to have her here.”

What makes a great real estate agent? Just take a look at the experience that Connie Larson possesses and you will see these qualities.

A successful realtor consists of being a salesperson, advocate, business manager, consultant, negotiator and a marketer. Larson has touched on every single one of those aspects with her impressive resume.

She has spent her adult life as a business owner, manager and director. Larson owned and operated the Daily Grind coffee shop on Main Street Milbank. For 10 years, she was a district sales manager with the Avon Company. During that time, was in charge of recruiting and training salespersons along with selling the products all within the Northeast quarter of the state of South Dakota.

Larson, also, managed the deli department at Hartman’s Family Foods. From there, she moved on to become the chamber director where she planned and executed the wide variety of events and activities within the community of Milbank.

“I’ve done a lot,” she expressed. “ I have a lot of determination, and am ready to put my vast experiences to use for my clients.”

Larson has always enjoyed architecture, refurbishing furniture and other items and using her sense of style to create peace and tranquility. “That’s what real estate is all about – creating homes that are appealing to the eye and finding the perfect fit to help pair a family with their forever home.”

“A bonus for my clients is I have lived in this area my whole life. I’m a Grant-Deuel High School graduate and know the Milbank area and surrounding small towns very well. I know the countryside and what is available.” Larson said.

Kevin, Larson’s husband has been an employee at the Big Stone Power Plant for 30 years. The couple has three adult children. Eric is employed by a pharmaceutical company in Sioux Falls. Evan is a police officer with the Sioux Falls Police Department, and his wife Rachel is a nurse in Harrisburg. Maggie works for a trucking company in Appleton, MN.

Hooth will be relocating her business to the newly refurbished Bien Pharmacy building at 222 S. Main Street by May 1. “We are very excited for that move,” Hooth stated. “We are really looking forward to being back on Milbank’s Main Street.”

Larson added, “ I’ve been meeting people and passing out business cards. I am ready to start working.” Contact Denice Hooth at 605-949-2493 or Connie Larson at 605-949-1997.
