The Milbank School District received a rebate of $42,253.40 from Otter Tail Power Company for its LED lighting retrofit project completed last summer. Brad Nelson, Energy Management Representative, and Kevin Kouba, Area Manager for Otter Tail, presented the check to Superintendent Tim Graf.
Otter Tail Power offers rebates for up to 75% of the project cost for commercial and residential projects. The rebates are offered in conjunction with the South Dakota Energy Efficiency Program.
