Viola Street Project on Schedule

Construction continues on South Viola Street in Milbank. According to Jason Kettwig, administrator for the City of Milbank, “We are on track and scheduled to have asphalt laid before school starts.”

The concrete crew is working on driveways, sidewalks, and approaches. “Once that work is done, we finish grading the gravel, let that settle and age, and then lay the asphalt.” The asphalt work is scheduled for the beginning of August.
