The MHS Bulldogs football team face the Dell Rapids Quarriers Friday, October 6, in their final road game of the regular season. The Dawgs hold a 4-2 record going into the matchup. Milbank’s two losses came at the hands of Madison and Dakota Valley.
“This is a big game for us,” says Bulldog Head Coach Jeremy Tostenson. “We are still in the playoff hunt, and a win could mean hosting a first-round playoff game.”
The Quarriers are 5-1 with their only loss to Dakota Valley. Coach Tostenson says, “They are well coached, play fast on defense, and do well with executing on offense. To get a win, we need to execute and be physical. We need to be able to run the ball and be disciplined on defense.”
