Todd Koch is this season’s first winner in the Nominate Your Neighbor house lighting contest. Koch takes home $50 in Ol’ Mill Bucks to 502 S. Harriet Street in Milbank.
The contest is sponsored by the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce. Three more winners will be named on December 4, 11, and 18. Submit your nominations by calling the Chamber at 605-432-6656 or by email at eventdirector@milbanksd.com or membershipdirector@milbanksd.com.
