HealthFirst Chiropractic Brings Dr. Logan to Milbank
Local News November 29, 2017 Staff Writer 0
Dr. Logan Klettenberg has joined HealthFirst Chiropractic in Milbank. Dr. Aaron Micko, owner of Healthfirst Clinic, says, “He adds a great dynamic and a Mayo-type approach with two sets of eyes on each case. Dr. Logan is about as close as I can get to finding someone that is a replica of myself.”
Dr. Aaron says he believes Dr. Logan is a natural choice for his practice because, “Together we can provide excellent continuation of care. We are so similar in our methods and philosophies.”
Dr. Logan says he had a similar response to Dr. Aaron. “While working with a chiropractic recruiter, I heard about Dr. Aaron. I saw him and felt he was the right fit for me. I liked what he was doing. Plus, the small town, rural setting has always been appealing to me. This practice feels very inviting. I like getting to know people and making connections with that personal feel.”
The two met in mid-August and put Dr. Logan on a fast track. “Things moved very quickly,” Dr. Logan says. “I found out I needed to get licensed in South Dakota by September 15, or I would have to wait until spring. So, my decision and the whole process went very fast.”
When not working, Dr. Logan says he enjoys fishing, golfing, and weight lifting. He discovered Unity Square and is excited about working out and spending time there.
He spent today, Wednesday, November 29, shadowing Dr. Aaron and his staff, and starts his regular schedule on Monday, December 4. “I’m very excited and itching to get started,” he says.
Dr. Logan grew up in Menahga, Minnesota, and graduated from high school in 2008. He attended Bemidji State University and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2015.
He has been working as an associate the past two years in Park Rapids, Minnesota, but feels he has now found the right fit. “My style is faster paced with more hands on manual adjustments,” he says.
And Dr. Aaron says Dr. Logan is just the adjustment he has been looking for. “Right now it’s a full court press for me with two practices plus spending time with my family. In the future, I plan to give Dr. Logan one of my days in Milbank and I will remain here two days a week.
“It is very inspiring to have someone come in with a passion for chiropractic,” Dr. Aaron says. “It is refreshing and gets me fired up.”
