The 2017 North Area Honor Band Concert was held Saturday, December 2, at the Johnson Fine Arts Center on the campus of Northern State University. Ten students represented Milbank High School.

The musicians performed Crystals–which featured the alto saxes playing a water glass. They also presented A Galop to End all Galops, Ginger Marmalade, Havendance, Horkstow Grange, and Kentucky 1800. The students were under the direction of Dr. Audrey Miller, Assistant Professor of Clarinet and NSU Concert Band Director.
