Alaina Rausch Selected for 2018 SD High School All-State Band

Milbank High School sophomore Alaina Rausch, daughter of Tony and Deb Rausch, was selected as the 11th chair clarinet for the 2018 South Dakota High School All-State Lewis Band. She was one of 41 clarinets from across the state selected for the band.

The 68th Annual South Dakota All-State Band will be held in Rapid City from March 22 through March 24. Susan Karels, Milbank Schools Grades 6-12 Band Director, Nyssa Duffield (NSU Student Teacher), and Alaina’s parents will accompany Alaina to the event.
