Everyone is invited to a program aimed at helping youth improve their emotional well-being. The program is scheduled for Monday, March 5, at 6 p.m. at the high school theater.

Questions to be posed and discussed during the program include: What are the stressors our older youth and teens face today? What boundaries are reasonable and how do we build in supports? How should parents address issues such as bullying and peer pressure? What are the warning signs that a child may be anxious or depressed? What resources are available to the youth in our community?

The program will be presented by Jill Lear, psychologist for the Milbank School District, and middle school and high school counselor, Heidi Wellnitz. The program is free. Refreshments will be served in the lobby.
