BREAKING: Milbank City Council Makes Decision on Dollar General Store

Tonight, Monday May 21, at the special City Council meeting an unanimous decision was made to decline the rezoning request of the development company Colby 2018 LLC to construct and operate a Dollar General Store at the intersection of Viola Street and 4th Avenue- US Hwy 12 in Milbank.
