Jennifer and Louis Schwandt, owners of JayElle Salon in Milbank, celebrated their grand opening today with a ribbon cutting sponsored by the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce, door prizes and grand opening deals were offered. The salon is located at 206 South Main Street in Milbank.
