Give Away Distributes Over Three Tons of Food

Over 185 families were served at the Feeding South Dakota food giveaway on June 13, according to LeAnn Kuper of the Grant County Christian Service Council. She says, “Over 40 volunteers helped distribute 6,424 pounds of food.”

The giveaway is part of a continuing effort to fight hunger in South Dakota and Grant County. The food is distributed to any family in need. No qualifying is required.
