New faces competed in the annual Q-Fest competition during Farley Fest July 21, in Milbank.
Winners were: Chicken: 1st- Hilltop Smoke Shack, 2nd- Red Ring BBQ, 3rd- Pig Chicken
Ribs: 1st- Hilltop Smoke Shack, 2nd- outlaw BBQ 3rd- Red Ring BBQ
Brisket- 1st- Hilltop Smoke Shack, 2nd- Outlaw BBQ, 3rd- Up in Smoke
Hilltop Smoke Shack was crowned the Grand Champion of Q-Fest.
