James Boogaard Wins $1000 in Chamber Drawing

James Boogaard is a ho ho ho lot richer! He won $1000 in the last Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce holiday drawing of the season. James was in Hartman’s Family Foods when his name was called. He is also the second $1000-winner in two weeks. According to James, he submitted slips all during the month, including each morning when he stopped for coffee at Hardee’s.
