Taylor Thue, a senior at Milbank High School, has been chosen as the March Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Chad and Amy Thue.
Taylor has been a member of the cross country, basketball, and track teams. She also has taken part in band, choir, FCA, student council, Educators Rising, and South Dakota Honors Choir.
When asked about her favorite class, Taylor replied that she best likes reading. “I love to read and it’s always been my best subject,” she stated.
Outside of school, Taylor participates in Core Kinetics Dance. This summer she will be assisting with the youth baseball program and working as a server at Speedway. After graduation, Taylor plans to attend South Dakota State University to pursue a degree in English education.
