Tommy’s Popcorn Stand opens for the summer on June 7. Get your popcorn, candy, root beer, and sno cones on Friday and Saturday nights from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at Lake Farley Park. Tommy’s Popcorn Stand, now run by the Milbank Kiwanis, continues a tradition started in 1963.
