According to Principal Dan Snaza, MHS will not have Homecoming attendants for the junior, sophomore, or freshman classes this year because of bullying. Snaza said,  “Individual classes vote for attendants and we had bullying going on in the voting. It has become a joke. We have to protect our kids. It’s our job.”

Snaza stated,”This won’t change any of the other activities, and it will still be fun, but not at the expense of some of the students. I have to protect these kids now. I have no regrets or second thoughts on this decision.”

Snaza went on to say,”Look at society; look at politicians; it has become the norm to rip on people. We have to start somewhere to stop it.”
